Join Fit Fathers’ founder Kimatni D Rawlins for 7 days of purity while consuming fresh, organic fruits and vegetables to clean the gastrointestinal and prepare your body for the spring season. When the mind, body and soul are free of toxins and environmental contaminants, clarity takes presidence and inner truth moves to the forefront. Beginning Monday March 16th we will eat fruits in the morning, fruits and veggies for lunch and veggies for dinner. Only water shall be drank in-between. Though, you have the option to also juice your produce and make smoothies as long as the ingredients are just fruits and veggies. Vegetables shall be eaten raw or lightly steamed in water. Please, no oils, vegan butters, supplements or snacks. We will eat like herbivorous animals who are anatomically and physiologically adapted to eating plant material, for example foliage, as the main component of their diet. Afterward Fit Fathers also suggests a colonic to further cleanse the colon and remove old debris from your pipes.
