Fit Fathers “High Intensity” Boxing Routine

Strength, endurance, speed and agility are a must in the ring. Try Fit Fathers high intensity boxing routine to punch yourself into shape while gaining stamina and burning heavy doses of calories.

 

Part 1

  • Hit a 100 lb bag for 5 minutes
  • 50 sit-ups
  • 10 jump squats. Kneel until gloves touch the floor and jump straight up with gloves reaching high
  • Drink water and rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of two sets

Part 2

  • Jump rope for 5 minutes
  • 50 sit-ups
  • 50 push-ups
  • Drink water and rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of two sets.

Part 3

  • Take a 5-minute break and finish strong with a 1-mile run at 75%
