Fit Fathers Health 101: Join the movement by:

  • Exercising 4 to 6 days a week for 30-45 minutes
  • Eating 5 to 7 pieces of fruit & veggies daily
  • Saying no to GMOs (Genetically Modified Organisms)
  • Taking part in “Meatless Monday” weekly
  • Saying no to fast foods, fried foods, sodas & candy bars
  • Replacing enriched white foods with whole grains
  • Drinking 6-8 glasses of water daily, preferably with lemon
  • Never eating with less than 3 hours before bedtime
  • Avoiding dairy completely
  • Wearing seat belts in the front & back seats
  • Stimulating your mind with daily reading
  • Avoiding carcinogens: smoking, drugs & heavy alcohol
  • Helping others with positive change & healthy living
