To me, being a Fit Father is about balancing your life with your family’s lives. It is selfless and imperative to put them first, but you can’t let yourself get unhealthy in the process. Fit Fathers can set an example to be active, eat well and stay happy …For Your Life. Without these three focal points our chances for disease and setting bad examples for loved ones increase. That said, it is important to be there and be healthy. Every day I wake up and say to my family, “What can I do for your life?”
