Are you part of a Fit Family? We stick to the code by…
  1. Exercising 5 to 7 days a week for 30 – 45 minutes
  2. Eating 5 to 7 pieces of fruits & veggies daily
  3. Stimulating our minds with weekly reading
  4. Saying no to GMOs (Genetically Modified Organisms)
  5. Taking part in Meatless Mondays weekly
  6. Saying no to fast foods, sodas, candy bars, etc
  7. Replacing enriched white foods with whole grains
  8. Drinking water (with lemon) all day
  9. Never eating with less than a 3-hour gap prior to bedtime
  10. Avoiding dairy completely
  11. Wearing  safety belts in the front & back seats
  12. Avoiding carcinogens such as smoking, heavy alcohol & drugs
  13. Helping others tackle the struggle against positive change & healthy living
