Dairy Free High Fiber Pancakes

31 cup of Bob’s Red Mill – High Fiber Pancake & Waffle Mix

1 ripe banana (mashed up)

1/4 cup of apple sauce (preferably cinnamon)

3/4 cup cold vanilla Almond Milk

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

sprinkle cinnamon sugar

Use a non-stick frying pan (do not use oil) and set the stove at medium low or at level #3. Mash the bananas and mix in the apple sauce, almond milk, vanilla extract and dry mix.  Stir the batter  and make your pancakes!!
