It was a Fit Fathers explosive morning session with our two heavyweight trainees. Both Reggie Johnson and Horace Ward weigh approximately 317 pounds with aspirations of 275. Therefore, we started a competition to see who reaches the goal first. Easy work when you follow the formula with diligence and plant-based nutrition.

1-mile uphill run

3 x 15 50-pound slam ball thrusts

2 x 5-minute heavy bag boxing rounds

50 sit ups

3×15 jump box step ups (with 50 lbs)

3×1-minute Battle rope

10 x 50-yard gassers
