Kia Face Shield Delivery to Howard University Hospital

Fit Fathers is back in the community with Kia Motors America and Automotive Rhythms delivering Kia-produced face shields for frontline workers at Howard University Hospital. It truly feels good giving, dedicating, and volunteering to help those in need. Hospital CEO Anita Jenkins was very appreciative of the gifts and collaboration and the 2020 Telluride SX SUV was a hit with the hospital staffers. Good times!

Humans: Slow Down, Read a Book, Respect Nature!

Thoughts by Kimatni D. Rawlins

I vividly recall cleaning yards in the hood of Camden, NJ starting at 8 years old with my cousin Vince. Now I can enjoy a few good books in the serenity of our Japanese garden which I designed after studying the Orient art form (contrast of stone and vegetation) and nourishing our grasses, bushes, shrubs and trees with the nutrients they need to grow strong while providing us with clean oxygen. They key is a strict fertilization schedule — especially in the fall and a slow release fertilizer early winter — aerating, water, and love!

This quarantine will be no problem for I and I, as the goal is to slow down, be still, observe, and value what the Most High has blessed us with while enjoying family more. Humans have lost focus and purpose in life which should not be centralized on rapid acceleration, incessant urbanization and development, robotic takeover, technology beyond imagination, etc etc.

Deforestation alone is literally killing us and the animal population while bringing deadly diseases and viruses into our domain. You’ve destroyed bats’ and other exotic creatures’ homes and now look. Humans have once again altered the ecosystem for the worse in exchange for more profits.

Coronavirus 101 from Consumer Reports

Are you looking for a central hub to answer all of your coronavirus questions and concerns? Well,  spend a good amount of time reading through all of Consumer Reports’s coronavirus articles which conglomerates research and data from the CDC, infectious disease studies, and scientific data. It’s a very simple read. Not every article is for every person, but you know Fit Fathers, we’re  junkies for knowledge.
