Just Juice It: The Orange Bowl!

It’s Day 3 of our impromptu juice fast and we wanted a very energetic mixture. With this carrot based energy drink pressed from our Omega VRT350 masticating juicer we’ll have no problem conquering the Orange Bowl in dominant fashion. The formula is simple: carrots, celery, ginger and wheatgrass. Drink up and always drink clean!

Gingered Melon

1 large cantaloupe

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

1 tablespoon chopped crystallized ginger

Cut melon in half and seed, then cut each half into chunks. Sprinkle ground and crystallized ginger over the melon chunks and stir. Chill and serve. Stored in a covered container in the refrigerator, leftover Gingered Melon will keep for up to 2 days.
