Fit Fathers “WONDER PARK” Power Lunch

In honor of Paramount’s upcoming animation movie dubbed WONDER PARK, Fit Fathers has prepared the perfect power lunch if you were WONDERing what to pack your kids for an adventurous day. So, let us show you how to create lunch in a pinch!

Of course every child loves a classic bean burrito since they are filling and easy to hold and eat. Yet, we always ascertain that our recipe iterations are as healthy as possible to keep the young ones energized and alert.

The burrito features a whole grain wrap, organic black beans, brown rice, organic lettuce and tomatoes, a few onions and avocado slices. They will also want a sugar fix while running around the park so we blended a fruit smoothie to keep their clock ticking with natural sugars from a banana, blueberry, strawberry, mango and ice mix. Snacks include a trail mix for healthy fats, peanut butter crackers and one whole banana if they have room left. Water is to keep them hydrated and cool.

Coming March 15, Wonder Park tells the story of a magnificent amusement park where the imagination of a wildly creative girl named June comes alive. One magical day, June is running through the woods to find her way home where she discovers an old rollercoaster car and climbs inside. She suddenly finds herself in Wonderland, an amusement park she had created in her mind and put aside. All of her rides and characters are brought to life but are falling into disarray without her. Now, with the help of her fun and lovable park characters, June will have to put the wonder back in Wonderland before it is lost forever.
