Liquid Meals

Once a day we replace a solid meal with either a smoothie or freshly juiced cup of veggies and fruits. Not only will these nutrients, minerals and vitamins absorb directly into your bloodstream, but energy is freed from typical digestion responsibilities and available for exercising and daily lifestyle obligations. Drink and eat clean  people!

Juice kale, collard greens, pineapple, orange, apple, carrot and ginger and serve over a few cubes of ice.
