Please join Fit Fathers for 7 days of purity while consuming fresh, organic fruits and vegetables to clean out the gastrointestinal (GI) and prepare the body for a new spring season. Additionally, the goal is to increase our fiber intake as well as vitamin, mineral and antioxidant quantities. Without the added fat in the diet the body will begin burning fat pockets hanging around our glands, organs and stomach. Continuing exercise will further reduce or melt away the additional adipose fat.

Join Fit Fathers’ founder Kimatni D Rawlins for 7 days of purity while consuming fresh, organic fruits and vegetables to clean the gastrointestinal and prepare your body for the spring season. When the mind, body and soul are free of toxins and environmental contaminants, clarity takes presidence and inner truth moves to the forefront. The “present” has never been a better time to become honest with Self. 

Beginning Monday March 16th we will eat fruits in the morning, fruits and veggies for lunch and veggies for dinner. Only water shall be drank in-between. Though, you have the option to also juice your produce and make smoothies as long as the ingredients are just fruits and veggies. Vegetables shall be eaten raw or lightly steamed in water. Please, no oils, vegan butters, supplements or snacks. We will eat like herbivorous animals who are anatomically and physiologically adapted to eating plant material, for example foliage, as the main component of their diet. Afterward Fit Fathers also suggests a colonic to further cleanse the colon and remove old debris from your pipes.

Plus this clean shake will serve as an entire meal replacement. Drink Clean!

We couldn’t think of a better way to start the day off. The family enjoys Fit Fathers’“Rainbow Delight” so much that we have to increase daily production. Freshly juiced apples, pineapple, oranges and strawberries will purify and energize you all morning. Stay thirsty friends!

In your Vitamix, add coconut water, ice, banana, pineapple, broccoli florets, flaxseeds, oranges and kale leaves. Blend well and give it a go! Drink at least 45-minutes before your workout to absorb the nutrients and begin converting the mixture into glucose for fuel. Replenish immediately after exercising so your body can begin the healing process.
