Fit Fathers Mango Lassi Delight

Ingredients

2 organic mangos    ice
vanilla extract          1 organic banana
3 dates                       flaxseeds
coconut milk            chia seeds
pumpkin seeds        mango soy yogurt

Blend well in your Vitamix or blender of choice and serve over ice. Drink clean!
