COVID-19: Reflections on Family Life

Two weeks home with the kids will be exciting as I have created the Rawlins “Fit Family” Bootcamp. The plan consists of daily exercise, especially outdoors such as running and biking through trails to fill the respiratory system with fresh rejuvenating air, planting new vegetation in the yard, discovering healthy meals to cook, a family book club for learning about culture and finance from a youth perspective, the reduction of WiFi and Tik Tok (lol), and simply communing with one another so see where we all stand in our respective social environments.

Also, please make sure to keep the immune system boosted with Vitamin C fruits, spices such as Turmeric, Cinnamon, and Ginger, herbal teas, water, berries of all sorts, and fresh cruciferous veggies. Now is the perfect time to focus on positive lifestyle changes. This would be the ideal moment to slow down on smoking, alcohol, fried food, fast foods, or any other homeostatic deterrent!

One Love, as we will get through this disheartening stage. I am blessed to have experienced an amazing life with a beautiful family, adoring relatives, and friends that are akin to brothers and sisters.
