Before the anticipated unveil of the new, family oriented 2018 VW Midsize SUV in Southern California tonight I went out to run some errands (literally) around Santa Monica for 5 miles. From dropping off a heavy package 1 mile away at the post office, to picking up my vegan dinner at Veggie Grille, to taking in the excitement of the Santa Monica Pier and Muscle Beach, I had a very energetic and fitness focused afternoon. Work pays the bills but positive health habits extends life. There should never be an excuse for actively enhancing your overall health.
