Going Green Smoothie

Makes about 6 1-cup servings

  • 6 cups fresh baby spinach or kale
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh or pineapple chunks
  • 3 cups green grapes
  • 1 1/2 bananas
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 1/2 cups ice

Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend for 1 to 2 minutes until everything is incorporated.

Smoothies for the BBQ!


I had no choice but to break the traditional BBQ mantra by making fresh organic smoothies in our Vitamix 750. And guess who requested one? All 40 family members! This mix comprised of coconut water, organic berries, bananas, kale, mangos and walnuts. Drink clean my friends!
